I am sorry to hear about your high blood pressure. I hope that the both of you will be able to lower it! I can relate with the celery flavor issue, it is not my favorite either! What I did was start off with less celery in the juices, and then added more as time went on.. It also helps to picture the celery juice helping you while you drink it. That may be motivation. You can play around with flavors that help mask or calm down the flavor of the celery… I found one recipe that may be a good starter.
